Adding Jobs to the Schedule

Learn how to manage your production schedule & capacity

To schedule a job for production, navigate to the schedule page.

Here you will see a list of all your jobs. Use the search function to search the job name, quote number, or, job number.

Drag the job from the list and drop it on the schedule under the relevant production resource.

Next, give the scheduled job a title, and select which items from the job to schedule by checking the boxes.

Then, click save.

Drag the job horizontally to set the duration

Click the scheduled job to view the details, change its status and add comments.

You can also edit or delete the scheduled job from here

Switch between day view and week view by clicking here.

You can quickly jump to a specific date by choosing a date in the calendar.
