Hoops has an online proof portal that makes it easy for your customers to review, accept and reject proofs.
To get started, open the relevant job by clicking on the job title or job number.
Click on the proofs tab
Next, click upload proofs. You will need to create your proofs in an external design application such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Only JPG & PNG file formats are accepted.
Drag and drop your files, or click to upload. You can upload multiple files at a time
Link the proof image with a product. This is optional, but doing so means the product and order information will be displayed to your customer
Click send
Choose to send by email, SMS or both
Double-check your customer's details are correct, choose a template or customize the email body by free typing in the editor. You can copy and paste the shortcodes to include dynamic text.
Click send
Your customer will receive an email or SMS with a link to the proof portal. Here, your customer can choose to accept your proof, or reject it & leave comments.
After your customer has taken action, the status of each proof in Hoops will automatically change and the user who sent the proof will receive an email notification. If you have an artwork collum on your jobs board you can manually change its status here.
To view customer comments, click on this green icon. Here you’ll see the changes that your customer has requested. Any comments that you leave here are for internal use only. Your customer will not see anything you type.
