Adding decorations to your Hoops account allows you to quickly add them to quotes in one click.

This process will teach you how to add your decorations individually.

First navigate to the decorations page by clicking settings, decorations.

Then, click ‘add decoration’.

Start by naming your decoration.

Next, choose the vendor that this decoration is linked to. If you produce the decoration in-house and do not purchase the decoration from a 3rd party, you can skip this step.

Next, choose the decoration category, such as screen-printing or embroidery then add your setup cost.

Next, add your quantity-based pricing. This will be automatically calculated within the price builder.

In this example, a quantity of 1 to 9 will cost $10, 10-14 $8 and 15 plus $5.

You can add as many price breaks as you need by clicking ‘add another price break.

When you’re done, click save.

You can edit or delete your decorations at any time by clicking the actions icon.
