Sending Invoices to Your Accounting Package

Learn how to send and manage invoices with Hoops accounting integrations

You must have either Quickbooks or Xero integrated with your Hoops account in order to send invoices.

To send an invoice, navigate to either the Jobs page or quotes page.

Click actions, on the relevant quote or job, then choose ‘Create Invoice’.

The customer details and product information shown here will be sent across to your accounting package.

To send the invoice to your customer, log into your accounting package, and approve the draft invoice that was created by Hoops.

The status of the invoice is be shown in the accounting status column. Hover your mouse over this status to view real-time payment details.
