Learn how to add or remove a team member

  1. Navigate to settings > users (or click here)

2. Click invite user

3. Type the new user's name and email address

*ensure all spelling is correct as this can not be changed later

4. Select the level of permission the new user will have

This can be changed at any time.

4. You can remove a user or edit their permission at any time by clicking

Actions > Edit.


Your Hoops plan includes 2 users for the standard $99 USD. Each additional user that is added will increase your monthly invoice by $29 USD / user (pro rata).

Hoops support users (an email address ending in @hoopscrm.com) do not count towards your bill.
