How to create an automation | Automatically notify customers | Automations engine

The automations engine allows you to dynamically update your internal team and/or your customer via email and SMS each time a status is changed on a job or quote.


Creating an Automation:

To create an automation, head to Settings > Automations and click ADD AUTOMATION.

Follow the on-screen prompts to create an automation.

Hint: copy and paste the shortcodes into your message to dynamically input important details such as your customer's name, job number etc.


Editing Automations

You can duplicate, edit, disable, activate and delete automations at any time by clicking the Actions icon from the automations page.
