Your Hoops account has unlimited file storage so you can quickly and easily access important files such as client artwork or proof images.
To upload a file, click on the job title or job number, from the jobs board.
Once the job is open, click on the files tab, then click upload files.
A great example of this is when your sales team is sent a logo from a customer. They can upload the image, then your graphic designer can easily find and download the image to create the proof.
All files are stored within the job, quote, or task in which it was uploaded, as well as within the customer's history profile.
If you head to the Customers tab, you can search for your customer and find your files within the files tab.
Tip* If you prefer to use an external file management system such as Dropbox or Onedrive, paste the link to the file as a comment on the job, quote, task or customer.
