All interactions with your customers are automatically recorded and stored within your customer’s history profile.

To access a customer history profile, click customers, then click on the customer’s name.

Here you will be able to see all customer details as well as all quotes, jobs, files, comments, and tasks relating to the customer.

To edit the customer's details or manage contacts within the customer, click action, edit.
