Purchase orders can be sent directly from Hoops via the purchase orders portal.

To send a purchase order, navigate to the purchase orders page and click actions, send.

Ensure your recipients are correct, and if necessary, modify your email by typing in the editor.

When you’re ready, click send.

Your recipient will receive an email with a link to the PO portal. Here they will be able to see all details from the PO, and they have the option to download a PDF copy.
