You can send shipping notifications with embedded tracking links directly from Hoops.

Start by navigating to the jobs page and opening the relevant job by clicking on the job title or job number.

Next, navigate to the shipping tab.

Click ‘Add New Tracking Number’ to add the tracking details.

Type the Shipping company name and tracking number, then paste the tracking link that was provided by the shipping company. When you’re done, click Save.

Next, click ‘Send Shipping Notification’ and choose whether you want to send via email, SMS, or both.

Ensure your recipient details are correct, customize your message in the editor if necessary, then click send.
