When converting a quote into a job, there are four actions you can take to configure the flow of data
To get started first navigate to the quotes page and click actions, convert to job.
Here you have to switch on or off the data flow settings.
Inherit files from quote:
By activating this setting, any files that exist under the files tab with the quote will be added to the files tab of the new job.
Inherit tasks from quote:
By activating this setting, any tasks that exist under the tasks tab with the quote will be added to the tasks tab of the new job.
Link Quote and Job Comments:
Any comments that have been added to the quote will be added to the job. Any future comments that are added to the job will be viewable from both the quote and the job.
Inherit deadline:
Activating this setting will set the existing quote deadline as the job deadline.
