The embroidery costs $7.45 each, which is $149.00 for 20.
The embroidery's $45.00 setup cost is added automatically.
The embroidery and setup cost are included in the polo's price, so your customer sees one price per shirt. Each polo now shows $18.45 and the total is $369.00.
Step 6: Add $15 shipping
Select the back arrow again.
Under Add Additional Costs, select Shipping.
In Pricing, enter
15in Buy Price. The Sell Price updates to $15.00.Under Settings, select Itemise Additional Cost Pricing.
⚠️ Important
If you leave the default Roll-Up Additional Cost Pricing selected, Hoops adds the $15 into the price of the polos instead of showing it on its own line. Choose Itemise Additional Cost Pricing so your customer sees Shipping $15.00.
Step 7: Check your totals
Look at the bottom of the preview. Your Subtotal is $384.00:
Item | Amount |
20 Deluxe Polos | $175.00 |
Embroidery (20 × $7.45) | $149.00 |
Embroidery setup | $45.00 |
Shipping | $15.00 |
Subtotal | $384.00 |
Tax and Total come from the tax you set up. In the screenshot below the tax is 5%, so the quote shows $19.21 of tax and a total of $403.21. Yours will be different if your tax rate is different.
📝 Note
Hoops rounds tax line by line, so your tax can be a cent different from your tax rate multiplied by the subtotal.
Step 8: Save your quote
Select the green Save icon in the top right.
Your quote is saved and gets a quote number.
Go back to the SalesBoard and you'll see it in your list, ready for Coca Cola.
