Using Shortcodes

Header, Title, and Footer blocks use the same shortcode system as Description Settings.

This allows you to automatically insert dynamic information such as:

  • Customer name

  • Sales rep details

  • Document information

  • Product or pricing information

Using shortcodes can save significant time and help standardize your presentations across your team.

Combining Dynamic and Static Content

You can combine:

  • Dynamic shortcodes

  • Manual text

  • Formatting and styling

For example:

  • Add a customer name dynamically

  • Include static text such as “All prices exclude tax”

  • Apply branding, colors, bold text, or sizing

This gives you full control over both the content and presentation style.

Choosing Your Layout

You can use:

  • Only a Header

  • Only a Title

  • Only a Footer

  • Or any combination of the three

Most users choose:

  • Header OR Title as the primary top section

  • Footer for supporting information

At least one block must remain enabled.

Saving to Templates

Your Header, Title, and Footer settings can be saved directly into your SalesPresentation templates.

This allows you to:

  • Standardize branding

  • Save time when creating new presentations

  • Automatically apply logos, messaging, and formatting

👉 We strongly recommend configuring these settings in your templates rather than manually updating them for each SalesPresentation.

Consider Your Customer and Their Brand

Create multiple SalesPresentation templates with different Header, Title, and Footer combinations.

For example:

  • A clean corporate presentation

  • A highly branded promotional presentation

  • A minimal proposal-style layout

This allows your team to quickly match the presentation style to the customer or sales opportunity.
