If your Hoops account includes the SalesStore Add-on, you can enable an Add to Cart workflow within a SalesPresentation.
This allows customers to browse products within the SalesPresentation and submit selections through an interactive cart experience.
When the Add to Cart workflow is completed, the SalesPresentation is automatically converted into a SalesDoc using your selected SalesDoc template.
Prerequisite: Hoops SalesStore Add-on
The Add to Cart functionality is only available for accounts with the Hoops SalesStore Add-on enabled.
If the add-on is active, you will see the Add to Cart toggle within the Customer Actions toolbox of your SalesPresentation.
Configure the Add to Cart Workflow
Once enabled, you can customize the Add to Cart experience including:
Button text
Button colors
Workflow settings
Customer actions
Cart behavior
Checkout experience
You can also select which SalesDoc Template should be used when the customer completes the cart workflow.
When the customer submits their cart, the SalesPresentation is automatically converted into the selected SalesDoc template.
