If you've forgotten your Hoops password, you can reset it directly from the Hoops Sign In screen using the Forgot Password option.
Request a Password Reset
On the Sign In screen, click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your Hoops account, then click Reset Password.
Check Your Email
If the email address is linked to an active Hoops account, a password reset email will be sent immediately.
If the email does not arrive, check your junk or spam folder before contacting your Hoops administrator or support team.
