Create Shipping Labels

Learn how to generate and print shipping labels directly from Jobs in Hoops. Use customer shipping addresses to quickly create dispatch-ready labels and streamline your fulfillment workflow.

Hoops makes it easy to generate shipping labels directly from your Jobs, helping your team move from production to dispatch without manually re-entering delivery information.

Shipping labels automatically use the shipping address stored against the customer, ensuring delivery details remain consistent across Customers, SalesDocs, and Jobs.

Once generated, labels can be printed immediately and attached to packages as part of your fulfillment workflow.

šŸ’” Tip: Before generating a label, confirm the customer's shipping address is correct. If updates are needed, see Manage Customer Addresses for more information.

Shipping Label Limitations

Hoops includes a built-in shipping label format designed for simple dispatch and fulfillment workflows.

āš ļø Important

Shipping labels currently use a single standard layout that is generated automatically by Hoops.

At this time:

  • The label format cannot be customized

  • Custom fields cannot be added or removed

  • Label sizing and layout cannot be modified

  • Company-specific shipping label templates are not supported

The generated label is intended to provide a quick and consistent way to print shipping information directly from your Jobs without requiring additional setup.

If your business requires carrier-specific labels (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or other shipping platforms), those labels will typically need to be generated through the relevant shipping provider's system.
