For customers in Australia and New Zealand, Hoops offers a Managed Catalog Service—giving you access to a wide range of supplier catalogs without needing to maintain product data yourself.


What is the Managed Catalog Service?

The Managed Catalog Service allows you to connect supplier catalogs directly into your Hoops account, with all data handled and maintained by Hoops.

This includes:

  • Product details and variants

  • Pricing (including your supplier-specific pricing tiers or discounts)

  • Ongoing updates to product ranges and pricing

Once connected, your catalogs stay up to date automatically—no manual imports required.


How it works

  1. Choose your catalogs
    We’ll provide a list of available suppliers. Simply let us know which catalogs you’d like access to.

  2. Supplier verification
    We’ll contact the supplier directly to confirm:

    • Your account with them

    • Any applicable pricing tier or discount
      This step ensures your pricing in Hoops is accurate.

  3. Catalog connection
    Once confirmed (typically within a few days), we’ll connect the catalog to your Hoops account.

  4. Ongoing management
    From here, Hoops handles everything:

    • Pricing updates

    • Product additions/removals

    • Data maintenance


What to expect

  • Setup usually takes a few days depending on supplier response times

  • Your catalogs will remain connected and continuously updated

  • No ongoing maintenance is required from your side
