Hoops allows businesses to white-label the Proof Portal by removing your branding from customer-facing proof approval links.
When enabled, company branding normally displayed in the header and footer of the Proof Portal is removed from all proofs sent to that customer.
This is especially useful for businesses operating as intermediaries, trade suppliers, resellers, agencies, or under umbrella company arrangements where an unbranded customer experience is preferred.
Once configured on the Customer record, the setting automatically applies to all future proofs sent to that customer unless disabled again later.
Configure White Label Proof Portal
White Label settings are managed from the relevant Customer record within the Customer List.
Enabling the Unbrand the Proof Portal option removes branding from proofs associated with that customer.
This setting remains active for all future proof approvals linked to that Customer profile.
Customer Proof Experience
When proofs are sent to the customer, they access the Proof Portal through the secure proof approval email.
Branded Proof Portal
By default, branding (highlighted below) appears within the Proof Portal interface.
Unbranded Proof Portal
Once the Unbranded Proof Portal setting is enabled for the Customer, branding elements are removed from the customer-facing proof approval experience.
This creates a cleaner and more neutral approval portal for customers reviewing artwork and proofs.
Benefits of White Label Proofs
White Labelling the Proof Portal helps businesses:
Present a neutral customer experience
Support reseller or trade workflows
Operate under umbrella brands
Reduce third-party branding visibility
Maintain a cleaner proof approval experience
By configuring White Label settings at the Customer level, Hoops makes it easy to manage branded or unbranded proof workflows across different customer relationships.
