Run Multiple Brands from One Hoops Account

Learn how to use the Multi-Company Add-On to manage multiple customer-facing brands from a single Hoops account. Centralize sales and production workflows while maintaining separate branding, documents, emails, and customer experiences.

If your business operates multiple brands, divisions, or trading names, the Multi-Company Add-On allows you to manage them all from a single Hoops account.

Instead of maintaining separate systems, teams, and workflows for each brand, you can centralize your sales and production operations while still presenting the correct branding to customers.

Each brand can have its own logo, contact details, customer-facing documents, emails, proof portals, and online experiences, while your team works from one shared SalesBoard, JobBoard, customer database, and production workflow.

This approach helps reduce administration, improve visibility across the business, and create a consistent operational process without sacrificing brand identity.

Configure Multiple Company Brands

Additional company branding profiles are managed within Settings → My Organisation.

Each configured company can include its own:

  • Company name

  • Logo

  • Branding

  • Contact details

  • Business information

Once configured, these branding profiles become available throughout Hoops.


Assign Branding to Customer Records

Each Customer Card includes a setting called Your Company Branding to Display.

Using the Customer Actions → Edit menu, teams can select which company branding should be associated with that specific customer.

Once saved, that branding selection becomes the default company identity used when working with that customer.


Automatic Branding Across SalesDocs and Emails

When creating a new SalesDoc for the customer, Hoops automatically switches to the selected company branding.

  • SalesDocs

  • Emails

  • Proof notifications

  • Customer communication workflows

This helps ensure customers always receive communication from the correct trading entity without requiring manual branding changes each time.
