Hoops allows businesses to store important customer-specific information directly within the Customer Profile field on the Customer Card. This helps teams maintain visibility into key account details, customer preferences, internal notes, and special requirements throughout the sales workflow.

Profile Notes provide a centralized location for storing information that may be important during the sales process and the field is clearly shown when creating a SalesDoc.


Store Important Customer Information

Customer Profile Notes are managed from the Customer Card within the Customer List.

  • 30 Day Accounts

Once updated, the information is saved directly against the Customer profile for future reference.
