Hoops allows you to export your customer database, making it easy to maintain external records, perform data analysis, or import customer information with third-party platforms such as Mailchimp.
Customer exports are provided in CSV format, allowing the data to be opened in spreadsheet applications or imported into other systems as required.
Export Customer Data
To export your customer list, open the Customers list from the main navigation menu.
In the top-right corner of the board, select Export.
Hoops will generate and download a CSV file containing your customer records, ready for use.
