At this stage, it is not possible to export your catalog directly from Hoops.
What data can you get?
If you’ve added products to your catalog via an import, you can easily download those original files at any time.
This is why we strongly recommend using imports to create products, rather than manually adding them one by one.
How to download your original import files
Go to:
app.hoopscrm.com/catalog/history
Locate the relevant vendor/import
Click Actions on the right-hand side
Select:
Download CSV
Download Images
These will download the original files used for your import directly to your computer.
You may notice that some rows show a Trash icon instead of the three dots menu. These are imports provided via the managed catalog service. For these, CSV and image downloads are not available. Only imports that you have created yourself can be downloaded.
