Adding your company logo and organization details is one of the first steps to making Hoops your own.
Your logo and company information are automatically used throughout Hoops, appearing on customer-facing documents such as SalesDocs and Proofs to create a consistent, professional experience.
Step 1: Open Your Organization Settings
From the main menu, click Settings → My Organization.
Under Company Details, click the Edit icon.
Step 2: Upload Your Logo
Upload your company logo.
Your logo will automatically appear on customer-facing documents, helping reinforce your brand whenever you send quotes, proofs, and other documents.
Step 3: Enter Your Company Details
Complete your organization information, including:
Company name
Phone number
Website
Address
Company email
For the Company Email, we recommend using a general business email address, such as sales@yourcompany.com or info@yourcompany.com, rather than an individual team member's email. This provides customers with a consistent point of contact and works well for shared inboxes.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply your changes.
Your company details will now be used across Hoops, including customer-facing SalesDocs, Proofs, and other documents generated from your account.
