Hoops allows you to manage the access permissions for your team. This allows you to hide/show certain features to different user types. These user types and their restrictions are listed below.

Admin Role
This user can access everything including: reports, pricing management, adding/removing catalogs and adding new users.
There are no limitations on the permissions for this user type.
Standard Role
This role suits those who create quotes, invoices, jobs and purchase orders but do not need access to decoration/catalog management, reports, or integrations. This user cannot add other users.
This user type cannot access the following features:
Reporting
Settings / Decorations
Settings / Billing
Settings / Users
Catalog Imports
Catalog Import History
Low Access Role
This role suits those who manage jobs, proofs, files, schedules, and purchase orders, but do not need access to management functions such as updating pricing/catalogs or any organisation settings.
This user type cannot access the following features:

Catalog Imports
Reporting
