Hoops has a comprehensive catalog of all the products needed to quote customers accurately and create beautiful SalesPresentations, SalesDocs, jobs, and purchase orders. Let's look at the steps:
Step 1: Access the Catalog
Click Catalog in the main menu to see a full list of all available products in your account.
Step 2: Adjust Page View
Select how many products to view on each page and flick through the pages.
Step 3: Filter Products
Filter the products by Vendor to show only the relevant items you want to see.
Step 4: View Product Details
Click on a product to see the Detail view, where you can access more detailed information about this product.
Step 5: Check Pricing
Use the tabs in the Detail view to see different prices for the colors and sizes of the product.
Step 6: View Images
Click the Image tab to see all the different primary and variant images available for the product.
Step 7: Populate Your Catalog
Choose Add to Catalog > Add Product, Add Decoration, or Import Decoration to populate your catalog.
Step 8: Integrate with Suppliers (USA only)
Click Settings then Integrations to integrate with Sanmar and Sage, which helps populate your catalog and create quotes and SalesPresentations quickly.
