Step 1: Customize Your Columns
Start by customizing your SalesBoard to match the way your team works.
You can add and arrange columns including the following column types:
Reorder columns in any way you prefer by dragging and dropping the columns in either direction to give your team the clearest possible view of every sale and associated task.
Step 2: Create and Manage Statuses
For each Status column, you can create and manage individual statuses to reflect the different stages of your workflow for each task.
For example, you could create a Status column called Overall Status and include statuses such as:
Quote Sent
Accepted
Paid
Each status can be fully customized by:
Renaming the status
Changing the status color
Rearranging the order of statuses
