Master Board Filtering

Learn how to use Board Filters to quickly find the information that matters most. Filter sales, jobs, tasks, and other records to create focused workspaces, reduce clutter, and work more efficiently.

Filters in Hoops help teams quickly locate the SalesDocs and Jobs most relevant to their workflow across the SalesBoard and JobBoard. Instead of scrolling through large volumes of records, filters allow users to narrow results based on specific conditions and focus only on the records that require attention.

Filtering is especially useful for managing active workflows, monitoring production progress, tracking follow-ups, and identifying records that match specific operational conditions.

Use Filters Across Boards

Filters can be accessed using the Filters dropdown throughout the SalesBoard and JobBoard.

This gives teams the flexibility to filter records based on workflow stages, due dates, assigned users, approvals, payment progress, artwork stages, monitor customer engagement, sales progress and more.

Combine Multiple Filters

Multiple filters can be combined together to create more refined results.

Snapshot

For example, teams may choose to filter:

  • Jobs where Account Status is Paid in full AND Artwork is currently in progress

  • Jobs Decoration type is Embroidery AND Production is In Progress

  • Jobs Overall Status is Complete AND Invoice is Empty

Combining filters helps reduce clutter and allows users to focus on the records that need immediate attention.

Save Repetitive Filters as Views

Filters that are used regularly can also be saved as custom Views, allowing teams to quickly access commonly used board configurations without needing to rebuild filters each time.

Views can be especially useful for role-based workflows, department reporting, or managing recurring operational tasks.
