Filter Tasks by User
All Tasks can be accessed from the Tasks section in the left-hand navigation menu. This centralized view helps teams quickly identify what requires attention and maintain visibility across operational workflows.
The Task List also includes filtering tools that allow users to narrow results based on specific criteria.
Filtering by User is especially useful for reviewing:
Your own assigned Tasks
Team workloads
Department responsibilities
Outstanding actions for specific users
Once applied, the Task List updates to display only the Tasks matching the selected filter criteria.
Clear Task Filters
Filters can be removed at any time using the Clear All option.
Clearing filters returns the Task List back to the full view of all available Tasks across the organization.
