Catalog decorations allow you to add print, embroidery, engraving, and other decoration services to products within your SalesPresentation or SalesStore.
Decorations can include pricing, specifications, and customer-facing information such as print position, size, and colors.
Step 1: Select a Product
For SalesPresentations and SalesStores, decorations are typically added to a product after the product has already been added.
Select the product you would like to add decorations to.
Step 2: Open the Decorations Toolbox
Hover over the Decorations section within the product preview and click to open the Add Decorations toolbox. Choose Catalog Decoration.
Step 4: Search for a Decoration
Search for the decoration you would like to add.
You can search:
Decorations linked specifically to the selected product
Your general Hoops decoration catalog
Search using:
Decoration name
Keywords
Decoration type
Decoration Pricing
Once selected, the decoration will appear in the preview on the left side of the document and the Catalog Decoration toolbox will open.
Available pricing options and quantity breaks will automatically display for the decoration.
⚠️ Important
Decoration quantity breaks will automatically follow the quantity breaks configured for the Product.
If the decoration in your catalog uses different quantity breaks, those price breaks will be overridden within the SalesPresentation or SalesStore so that the decoration pricing aligns with the product pricing structure.
In the example below:
The Product quantity breaks are highlighted in Green
The overridden Decoration quantity breaks are highlighted in Purple
This ensures the product and decoration pricing remain aligned for your customer.
Decoration Specifications
Configure the decoration specifications including:
Position
Color
Size
For SalesPresentations, these specifications appear within the ℹ️ section shown to the customer.
Decoration Description
You can edit or override the decoration description as needed.
For SalesPresentations, shorter descriptions are generally recommended to keep the presentation clean and visually focused. You can manage the default description in the template settings.
Decoration Pricing Modes
At the bottom of the decoration toolbox, you can configure the pricing mode for the decoration.
This controls how the decoration pricing behaves within the SalesPresentation or SalesStore.
