Add One-Off Decorations to SalesPresentations and SalesStores

Not every decoration needs to exist in your catalog!

Sometimes you may need to present a decoration that is unique to a specific opportunity, supplied by a third-party vendor, or simply not worth maintaining as a permanent catalog item.

One-Off Decorations allow you to manually create and configure decoration pricing, specifications, and customer-facing information directly within a SalesPresentation or SalesStore.

This is particularly useful for:

The decoration can be fully customized while remaining linked to the product it relates to.

Hover over the Decorations section within the product preview and click to open the Decorations toolbox.

Within the Add Decorations toolbox, select One Off.

Enter the decoration details including:

⚠️ If the decoration is being outsourced or purchased from a third-party supplier, you can assign a vendor. If the vendor does not already exist, you can create a new vendor directly from this screen.

The decoration pricing grid automatically follows the quantity breaks configured for the selected product.

This ensures the decoration pricing remains aligned with the product pricing structure shown to your customer.

⚠️ Important

Because One-Off Decorations are not connected to your catalog, all pricing must be entered manually.

For each quantity break, you can configure:

Your default markup settings may be applied automatically, but these values can be adjusted for this specific decoration at any time.

As pricing is entered, Hoops automatically calculates margins and customer-facing pricing.

Add customer-facing decoration details including:

These details will appear within the decoration information shown to the customer.

You can edit or override the decoration description displayed to the customer.

For SalesPresentations and SalesStores, shorter descriptions are generally recommended to keep the interface clean and visually focused.

Optionally, upload an image for the decoration. This image will be added to the entire list of images for this product and is not called out on the SalesStore or SalesPresentation as being related to this decoration specifically. However, when the SalesStore creates a SalesDoc, or a SalesPresentation is converted to a SalesDoc, the decoration image will transfer to the decoration row in the SalesDoc
