BackTrack provides built-in version history for SalesDocs on the SalesBoard, helping teams track changes, review previous revisions, and restore earlier versions when required.

Every time a SalesDoc is updated and saved, Hoops automatically creates a new revision in the BackTrack history. This creates a complete audit trail of document activity and makes it easy to see how a SalesDoc has evolved over time.

To view version history, open a SalesDoc and select the BackTrack tab.

BackTrack displays all saved revisions of the SalesDoc in chronological order. Each saved version captures the state of the document at that point in time, allowing you to review previous edits and compare changes between revisions.

New versions are automatically created whenever the SalesDoc is saved using Save and Close.

This makes BackTrack especially useful for reviewing pricing changes, content updates, approvals, or recovering information that may have been removed during editing.

Older revisions can be opened and reviewed at any time. When viewing a previous version, Hoops clearly indicates that you are working from an older revision of the SalesDoc.

If required, that revision can be restored and used as the current version of the document.

Any further edits made after restoring a previous version are automatically saved as a new revision, ensuring the full document history remains traceable within BackTrack.
