View Activity for a SalesDoc

Learn how to view the Activity Feed for a SalesDoc and track its complete history. See who made changes, when updates occurred, status transitions, accounting sync activity, conversions to Jobs, and other important workflow events.

Hoops keeps a detailed Activity Feed for every SalesDoc.

This allows you to see:

  • Who changed a SalesDoc (eg.Quote)

  • When a SalesDoc was updated

  • Status changes

  • When a quote was converted into a Job

  • Xero or QuickBooks Online sync activity

  • What changes were made to pricing or totals

  • And more

If you have ever asked:

  • “Can I see who edited my quote?”

  • “Can I track changes to a SalesDoc?”

  • “Can I see when a quote was converted?”

  • “Can I see the history of a SalesDoc?”

  • “Can I audit changes to a quote?”

The Activity Feed is where this information is stored.
