Step 5: Filter Your Board

Once your board is organized, use Filters to focus on exactly what you need to see.

For example, you might create views for:

  • Jobs waiting for artwork

  • Orders ready for production

  • Jobs awaiting Invoice

  • Your own assigned work

  • High-priority opportunities

Filters help remove the noise so you can focus on the work that matters most.

Step 6: Save Your Views

After applying filters, click Save View to create a reusable view.

Saved views are available in a single click and can be renamed or deleted at any time.

Many teams create dedicated views for different departments or stages of their workflow, making it easy for everyone to see what's relevant to them.
