Your Hoops avatar helps identify you throughout Hoops, making it easier for others in your team to quickly see who is responsible for SalesDocs, Jobs, Tasks, and other activities. Personalizing your avatar can also improve visual clarity and add personality to your workspace.
Open Your Profile
To edit your avatar, open the profile menu from the left-hand navigation and select Edit Profile.
Customize Your Avatar
Hoops allows you to personalize your avatar in two ways:
Change the avatar background color
Upload a custom image or headshot
Background colors can be selected using the available color tiles or by entering a custom color code.
To use a profile image instead, upload an image file using the avatar upload option.
If you later want to remove the uploaded image, use the Trash icon to revert back to the standard color avatar.
Save Changes
Once you click Save, your updated avatar will immediately appear throughout Hoops.
